Interestingly enough the hexagram is seen on top of the eagles head on the back of the U.S. One Dollar Bill...

In Hindu teachings the hexagram (known as the Sri Yantra) is the symbol of the ATMAN, the Supreme Being whose name is OM... I AM... Peace... That Which Was, Is, And Shall Be...This philosophical awareness has been scientifically substantiated in the West through the science of cymatics... The OM sound, when vibrated on a metal surface, creates a distinct hexagonal pattern...

All this beautifully correlates with the Bible in John 1:1 (revised) where it is stated: "From the beginning is the word and the word is with God and the word is God... OM... I AM"... The word OM is concealed within the words Wisdom, Shalom, and Freedom.
